Lisa Sibilia, President & CEO, cofounder of Youtopian is leading digital transformation in education and enterprise to upskill talents at a global scale. Lisa is leading the shift to hybrid course design and experiential innovation across several top ranked universities.
Lisa Sibilia is a former Disney Company cast member with over a decade in education management and is a professional artist. She graduated from the Stanford Graduate School of Business LEAD Corporate Innovation Executive Education Program, received her MA in Educational Leadership & Administration from Montclair State University and her BA from The Pennsylvania State University with Communication Arts & Sciences degree.
Lisa was recognized by the Stanford LEAD program for the 2019 Intellectual Contribution Award for Neuroscience in Customer Experience Design. She is the Co-Chair of the Stanford LEAD Mentor Network supporting 700+ leaders worldwide across 60+ countries. She was awarded the Governor’s Educator of the Year honor in New Jersey for her excellence in management of internal and external stakeholders advancing interdisciplinary collaboration through dynamic instruction, and as District Education Committee Chair for an arts partnership connecting over a dozen schools. Lisa is a member of Pennsylvania State University’s Great Valley Advisory Board.
She enjoys playing sports and is a fan of continually winning 1:1 basketball against her husband, Vinny, as their Vizsla-Lab mix dog, Bones, cheers them on. She loves spending time with her family and friends, especially laughing, preparing homemade eggplant parmigiana dinners, and seeing her incredibly talented nieces and nephews.
Paul Marca, Chief Education Evangelist at Youtopian, is a world leader in education transformation for enterprises and academia. He guides the Youtopian strategy to engage, educate, train and prepare the gaming generation for the innovation economy.
As former Associate Vice Provost for Teaching and Learning, Paul spent 32 years in senior leadership roles at Stanford University. He directed a team of 80 professionals guiding a portfolio of over 250 graduate and professional courses annually. He has been instrumental in developing and implementing an international portfolio for clients in countries including Singapore, China, India, Korea, Malaysia, Brazil and the Middle East.
Paul is currently Principal at Parallax Global Advisors, LLC, a firm which provides strategic consulting for those seeking to transform education through technology.
